Returns and Refund Policy

- You can return the product within 14 days after the product is out for delivery.

- If the Freestyle Libre glucose sensor box is unopened on return. You get a full refund.

- If the sensor box has been used/opened, you will get a refund of what you paid minus the price of the sensor (This is because this sensor is a medical device and cannot be reused if opened).

- The refund does not include the price of the return shipment or the products that cannot be reused.
